Current opportunities...

Barton Square: The next generation of retail, leisure and dining

Barton Square is a £300m investment adjoining The Trafford Centre providing the space and backdrop for global brands to showcase their latest flagship stores, new design concepts and product ranges.

The unique architecture and design under a fully glazed roof provides the opportunity to host a true blended mix of retail and leisure.

Bring your business to VENUS

The commercial heart of TraffordCity is within the striking eight-storey, 8,455 m2 (91,000 sq ft) VENUS office building. Conveniently situated off Junction 10 of the M60 and immediately opposite The Trafford Centre and next door to the vibrant range of TraffordCity leisure facilities, it is an attractive base for employees.

Space is currently available on the ground and third floors of this iconic building. Interested?

An exciting leisure & retail opportunity

The site currently accommodates a 220,000 sq ft building over a site area of circa 12 acres with additional expansion land in a highly visibility location adjacent to the M60 orbital motorway. The site is available as existing or as a redevelopment opportunity.

Trafford Waters: A new community

We have outline planning permission to create, a new sustainable community across 53 acres of land on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal adjacent to TraffordCity.

The regeneration proposals will create 3,000 new homes for 5,000 key workers, young professionals and families.

Trafford Waters will bring an exciting new community to the heart of TRAFFORDCITY with opportunities for a new school and care home facility.

Port Salford: Innovative logistics opportunities

Peel L&P are investing £40 million into two logistic warehouses and £50 million in enhancing road infrastructure including the creation of a new lifting bridge crossing the Manchester Ship Canal.

Port Salford is set to become an important warehousing and distribution hub for the region fuelling economic growth, jobs and prosperity.

It became clear that the VENUS offices at TraffordCity were by far the highest standard compared to any other premises we considered, positioning us in theheart of a vibrant and thriving development close to Manchester and enabling us to create a bespoke office environment that supports our culture.
