Trafford Waters: A new community

We have outline planning permission to create, a new sustainable community across 53 acres of land on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal adjacent to TraffordCity.

The regeneration proposals will create 3,000 new homes for 5,000 key workers, young professionals and families.

Port Salford: Innovative logistics opportunities

Peel L&P are investing £40 million into two logistic warehouses and £50 million in enhancing road infrastructure including the creation of a new lifting bridge crossing the Manchester Ship Canal.

Port Salford is set to become an important warehousing and distribution hub for the region fuelling economic growth, jobs and prosperity.
