Members of David Lloyd Clubs can now enjoy Group Exercise classes outside under marquees with social distancing and sanitising measures in place. Not a member? There are three month trial memberships available if you'd like to dip your toe into the member's experience at this state-of-the-art club.

Maybe you're visiting David Lloyd Clubs and are looking for an outdoor running route to complement your workout or just want to get out for a run while you're visiting or working here. Lace up and give it a go!
Bridgewater Way canal towpath
Did you know you can get on your bike and cycle to and from TraffordCity along the Bridgewater Way towpath? You can cycle from the City Centre, Leigh, Sale and beyond and arrive at TraffordCity just behind Barton Square. The towpath is a traffic free haven in the city – perfect for cyclists and also excellent for pram pushing, feeding ducks, waving at boats and teaching kids to ride their bikes.
Walk in the woods
Did you know that The Trafford Centre has its very own on-site ancient woodland? Wilderspool Wood is a haven for wildlife - bird and bat boxes have been introduced with dead wood being recycled to act as a draw for insects. Information points have been placed around the wood informing visitors about the flourishing wildlife.
Plus, a network of woodland paths and a picnic area means there's plenty of opportunities to take time out and enjoy nature right here at TraffordCity.
