Looking for a convenient route for a 5k run? Maybe you're visiting David Lloyd Clubs or DW Fitness First and are looking for an outdoor running route to complement your workout. Or why not combine with a visit to intu Trafford Centre, complete the circuit and reward yourself with a healthy drink or snack at one of the 60 restaurants cafes and bars.
You don’t need to be a world-class athlete but a basic level of fitness is required. This Run’s for you in you generally run at least twice per month and feel comfortable running/jogging around 5km without stopping.
It’s a circuit run so perfect for completing in your lunch time, after work in the lighter summer months or whenever you need to burn off some energy!
Go at your own pace, be safe and don’t forget to have fun!
