Sunday 10 October 2021 is World Mental Health Day and at TraffordCity we're passionate about mental wellbeing.
Whether it's mood boosting exercise, learning new skills, taking time out to relax or simply connecting with others there are numerous opportunities to increase mental wellbeing.

MIND provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
