Matterello is a new concept launching at TraffordCity’s Trafford Palazzo
Those visiting the luxury Italian restaurant will be able to enjoy authentic cuisine and also immerse themselves in the experience, with on-site pasta making classes and other experiential events.
Contemporary Italian cuisine with traditional values
Matterello has been developed by Manchester restaurateur Steve Pilling who said:
"Trafford Palazzo provides a wonderful backdrop to launch our new concept. Matterello aims to be famous for its contemporary Italian cuisine with traditional values, inspired by the palette of Southern Italy which will also include pasta making courses alongside the F&B offering.
Matterello aims to be an accessible and artisan restaurant with traditional values, preparing all its food freshly on-site."
Dishes on the menu will include Bruschetta with Salsa rossa; Marinated squid; Fettuccine, pesto and gorgonzola; with a wide selection of desserts also available.
