When visiting Trafford Palazzo and businesses within the centre, please ensure you follow the latest government guidelines.

In line with government guidance, from Tuesday 30 November it is now mandatory to wear a face covering within the centre and inside stores.

We want everyone to feel safe and welcome when visiting us.

Please respect other people’s space.

Some businesses may request that you continue to follow specific guidance, use face coverings, or limit entries. Please respect these requests for the wellbeing of staff and other visitors, and we advise to bring a face covering with you in case you are asked to wear one.

We want to reassure you that the wellbeing of our staff and visitors is our priority. We continue to follow measures at this site including:

• An enhanced cleaning regime including all key touch points throughout Trafford Palazzo.
• Providing hand sanitising stations for visitors
• Masks available from the customer service desk (opposite Primark)

If you have any concerns, we recommend you contact the businesses you wish to visit ahead of travelling and consider visiting away from peak times.

A number of positive changes we made to our procedures due to COVID 19 guidelines will remain in place such as the cleaning and hygiene regime and reduced capacities on adult lessons, Snow Park and lift passes on our Main Slope. We will also be reopening our changing cubicles.

While we recommend wearing a mask in an indoor environment, this will be your personal choice and will not be mandatory for guests or for our team. We ask that you respect each person’s own decision and we will continue to provide a safe and clean environment for you to fully enjoy your visit.

We will continue to review guest and team feedback over the summer as well as keeping abreast of government guidelines and will assess our procedures and policies as we go back into hopefully a busy winter season.
