Trafford Golf Centre is open!

23 March 2021

Europe’s most popular driving range, Trafford Golf Centre, has re-opened in accordance with Government guidelines as lockdown restrictions ease.

Offering 53 driving bays featuring Toptracer technology, lessons with the venue’s PGA coaching professionals will also be back. A takeaway service from the on-site Starbucks café & bar will be available directly to bays, allowing players to enjoy drinks and a bite to eat whilst playing. Open seven days a week from 7.00am to 10.30pm, Club hire is available, with a max of two people per bay.   (the current restrictions all mix households outdoors)

Pete Styles, Director of Golf at Trafford Golf Centre and Dino Falls Adventure Golf, said: “It’s fantastic to announce the reopening of Trafford Golf Centre, we can’t wait to welcome back the public. As an outdoor, sporting attraction, we offer a safe environment and a space for players to stay fit and healthy.

“Whether you’re a regular player, or someone simply looking for a fun and active day out, we’re ready to welcome you. All of the relevant Covid-19 safety measures have been implemented, such as designated time slots and social distancing, ensuring a safe day out is enjoyed by all.”

The team has worked tirelessly to ensure the destination can reopen as safely as possible to visitors, following recommended Government guidance. Cleaning of the venue has been increased and all staff will have access to personal protective equipment to help keep them safe too.

Players can simply turn up and payment will be taken on arrival, by contactless methods only. Alcohol will not be served at the venue, until after 12 April. The venue has also shared the following guidelines for guests to ensure the utmost levels of safety:
